Let's Dance !
We asked the So You Think You Can Dance judges about the talent they've seen this season.
Get your dancing shoes on and prepare to be impressed by the local talent - South Africa's So You Think You Can Dance is back for a second season! Season 1 judges Harold van Buuren, David Matamela and Didi Moses are back, along with Sade Giliberti as host. They will scour the country for talent, before selecting the top 16 finalists to move on to the weekly elimination rounds. When it's all over, the hottest dancer in the land will win R250 000 in prize money - and a legion of fans around the country!
"I can proudly say So You Think You Can Dance has had a direct impact on improving the mind-set of dancers in the country," says this season's head judge, dancer and choreographer Harold van Buuren. "In the previous season's auditions, many people were just excited to take part, and didn't put a lot of thought into their dance routines. This time around, however, the contestants showcased a lot of diversity. Some finalists who participated last time have also shown growth in their dance routines. There's definitely a lot of natural talent in SA."
